Default Battery Drain

I have been having an electrical issue on a 2002 TT for a few weeks now, causing me to have to jump the car every time it sits for more than a few hours.

I've tracked it down to what i believe is the 110 amp fuse on top of the battery, that I THINK feeds a relay panel.

I should also note that I just replaced the hazard switch due to it not working ,but yet it still clicks constantly.

Can someone tell me where this relay panel is located that is fed from the 110 amp fuse on top the battery?

Thanks
