Brake compatibility question

So I can get a sweet deal on a front set of RPI Big Brakes, part number #:RPI-RBK135100G4 off of a 2004 VW Jetta. Does anyone know if these will fit (direct bolt on) onto a 2001 TT 225 Quattro?

RE: Brake compatibility question

I think you'll need different carriers, but I'm not certain about that. I know that TT carriers are much sought after in the VW world, so that leads me to believe that the caliper carriers are different on the rest of the VAG line.

RE: Brake compatibility question

if it is a bbk it should come with differnt carriers. the tt, 337,and 20th all have the same brakes. I would still call for certainty but i know they will fit a 180.

RE: Brake compatibility question

Just got off the phone with RPI. To make these brakes fit I would need new bolts, hats, and caliper brackets which makes this potential purchase not very economical. So the search for a good deal on street/occasional track use brakes and ahaldex sport controller continues.
