a medium sized can fits perfect right beside the drivers side engine mount. that little spot there makes it look like my catch can belongs there

view from above the MAF area:

Damn cincy, you never cease to amaze me with the stuff you can find at every day stores.

Why not though, i put together a custom air bag suspension for an S-10with all the brass fittings i found at Lowes.

it will, but you need to fill it with steel wool and maybe a baffle or 2. An empty container is pointless

Okay, I know I will be sorry for asking but why is an empty can useless? And how can you squeaze steel wool in that canister?

If you dont have steel wool and/or baffles, you dont slow the air and separate the oil from the air making havingone pointless. The lids come off, you throw in a bunch of steel wool in and go. I like the air compressor filter because well.... its a filter. The oil cant get past and drops in the tank.

That makes sense. I would figure that those special Oil tank kits would have some sort of filter built in so that this wouldn't happen!?
