DVD NAVI >>>??

does anyone have a dvd navi in their TT? i'm debating between a laptop based gps system or a double din or flip out system? just wondering what some are doing

I have a Navman i520, works fine for me. And as opposed to the permanent mount systems I can use it in my other cars as well. I bought a couple of different Ram-Mount brackets from GPS-city and that in conjunction with a GadgeTT from Modshack, I've got it mounted on the front of the dash.

Got a Tom Tom myself - fits nicely where the ashtray use to be

Don't see a double din system fitting in a TT without doing some serious dash cutting...[:-]

ya i dont want those tom tom or garmin systems i want something that will fit in the dash and clear the silver tt pulldown. i think the pioneer or alpine flip out navi(dvd) will work. i know there are a million different types and models. i might just use my laptop and find a mount that will work anyone have that website for the laptop mounts again?
