Fold Relay panel/Fuel pump relay?

I bought a fuel pump relay for my 2001 TT, but I can't find where to install it.

where is it physically located? I found the fuse box but I'm not sure what to open after that? I know the number is supposed to be 167 or 409.

It's under the steering wheel.
