OK, newbie here. 2001 180hp TT.
My front parking lights dont work regardless of switch or key position. But they light up when I hit the 4-way flashers or turn signals.
Bad switch?

I am assuming theturn signalsare the same lamp as the park lights?

 

Nope they are different bulbs, replace 'em. The parking lights sit behind the gray cap with no wires going to them. Twist them 1/4 turn to remove the bulb.

 

mine dont work by choice. Had a bulb go, and just pulled the other bulb to make them match. I like how it looks.
