just remeber that that one is externally gated so you will need a tial 38mm wastegate also ($210-230)

Can you use a K04 software on that? It should just bolt right up correct? Anyone find a price on it yet?

thats a T3 flange so a new setup will be needed. You could use your stock fueling and chip, might just need to throw in a 4bar for good measure. APR uses 225 injectors and pump at 4bar for the stg 3 kits which is a gt28r and this is a little bit bigger, more on par with a 28rs.

yea, you were saying something about an adjustable aftermarket WG. cant remember the brand.....
they still have the one that is internal, but more $$

just wondering if going Ext. WG, how much flexibility do i get in terms of location.

The adjustable one is the Tial. You can swap in differnt springs to set the wastegate pressure to from 7psi and up. If you go external now, you will be better off in the future if you want to get a bigger turbo (t3t4 or gt with a t3 housing). As for the placement, the pag manifold like the apr one mounts it on top and the log one like the atp will be mounted on the bottom. Since you are awd, you have to get the log manifold and mount the wg under the manifold unless he has changed the way he does them, but i doubt it.

that would make it a biach to change the spring. i guess only way to access it, would be from under the car?

can it be relocated ? im thinking something like a dv rel.

You could move it further down, but by making the psi 7 or 15psi, your not going to want to change it. You can then use a mbc/ebc to change the boost. The 14 or 15psi spring will just keep the wastegate from opening a tiny bit longer for a little better spool, but not all that major on a small turbo, bigger turbo maybe. Think all come with a 7psi spring installed. Its not really going to be an issue since the stock turbo runs off a 5psi spring and as you can see you can run 20+psi w/o problems
