High RPM stutter

High RPM stutter
so i've read the other posts about their car stuttering. mostly everybody pointed to bad or mis-gapped plugs. or bad coil packs. i've replaced all of that and it still stutters. I thought it was my DV with the wrong spring so i replaced that. Could it be a vacuum hose somewhere? Here's what i'm experiencing, when i step on the gas and it gets to about 10-12 psi the car almost hesitates and it shakes, CEL flashes, and i let off the gas clearly. I havent been able to really pull through my gears as it hesitates in almost every gear whenever i'm at 10-12 psi. and its really annoying. Any suggestions? i'm thinking of hooking it up to an air compressor and seeing if i can find any leaks but would a leak cause my car to do so? thanks in advance

Take it to an independent shop that can hook up a digital reader and do a ride along to record the real time data to see what CEL pops up. Boost surging under load if its not a miss-fire/bad plug gapping then it could be a faulty Wastegate or BOV.

My Guess (I've seen this before) is, if the car runs great otherwise, does not miss, sputter, backfire, etc, you are one, hitting up against the rev limiter. It'll stop your vehicle from going past a certain preset RPM. Two, your rev limiter is incorrectly set.
So I,ve seen this especially where guys like to really wind it up. That red line is there for a reason. let me know
