Default How do i fix a leaky convertible top?

It leaks a little from the seals when i wash the car, whats the best way to fix it without going to the shop?

I dunno I know there are shims/adjustment rodsbut most of the roadster owners that I have talked to say that its normal lol... I just let it leak at the corners. It dries up later on that day. I will let you know if my new top does the same or not.

if its leaking very minimal thats normal... i used to have a roadster in the family and whenever it was in the carwash it would look... im pretty sure its normal for most convertables, however, thats of course only if its leaking a little.

Its not that bad...its a high pressure wash, so i figured that was normal...but i hope it doesnt do it when it rains.

It will drip, at least mine did but it was slow so, not to mention that my car is soooooo fast the water cant even stay on the car hahahaha!

haha your car is soooo fast huh??? 55mph in a TT is the same as 55 in a geo

even my coupe drips in the rain and car wash

Use a heavy silicone compound around all the seals, come out to sac and i'll show you.
