How does everyone do lug studs on aftermarket rims

Default How does everyone do lug studs on aftermarket rims

Well I pulled my factory's off today to put on a set of rims i got from a buddy and found out the lugs are studs where do i get ones for my new rims? The factory ones are too big diamater to fit in the lug holes not to mention ugly, where does everyone get smaller better ones? Thanks

most wheel shops can get them for you. the aftermarket ones are a different shape. they are a cone instead of the rounded ball type maiting surface

Ya I had to order a whole new kit (40 bucks), not to mention that they are hub-centric, meaning the rim gets aligned with the hub, not the lugs like most other cars. If you get the rims on and at high speeds the steering wheel shakes that is why.
