Any ideas on how to keep those things attached to the intercooler because everytime I get it back from the shop it blows off. Any ideas?

If the hose is blowing off and not splitting, chances are there is some grease, oil or dirt on the hose that is keeping it from securing. They are designed pretty well with clips, and hose clamps so it sounds like you are not getting a good connection to start with.

Hmm.. interesting, I wonder if I have some crap in the intercooler that is leaking over. Any ideas on how to clean the intercooler, I might just take it out today.

Most likely you have oil in the ic(s). Mainly the drivers side. You should drain them and clean the TB while your at it. To keep the hoses on, spray the ends of the pipes with hairspray, it will tach it almost like glue and you shouldnt have a problem.

Hairspray, like cincy said.

If it's bad enough that that doesn't work, have them weld a bead on the edge of the pipe and clamp before that. Make sure it's smooth so it doesn't damage the hose.
