just got back from the dealer and I told me just to push the scroll wheel on the right and that works. I wanted complete hands free. And that's hands free to me. Still need a good IPOD connector badly will go to the aftermarket and see what's out there. Report back when I find out. Also do u have winter rims and tires? If so what do u have?

Sorry, I looked at it too. I'd put an iPod Nano in ther but an iPhone restricts you from getting to the heat controls.

Let us know if you get the car you'll love it I guarantee smile from ear to ear.
you have a sub woofer in the trunk. How does that sound, even thou I have Bose all around I hear next to no bass and I need bass. How big is your sub?

Yeah I had it made custom to sit under the space where the top goes down so it's rounded(the way the top sits) and the actual bass speaker is a JL 13" slim line which sounds awesome. even tho it's in the trunk the punch and deep sounds are heard loud enough to round out the sound in the cabin. I did not have the Bose so the first thing I did was add the JL sub and amp and changed out all of the speakers in the cabin to Diamonds and it was a smart decision..I am very happy with the sound. Much like anyone who has a convertible ..when you have the top down on the highway you want to hear (and feel) the music when your cruising at high speeds. The system bypasses the original amp and I'm using the 3sixtyone Rockford fosgate to tie them all together so they play nicely together.

Tim ..Forgot to mention that your problem may be remedied....I've read other posts about people with Bose having the same problem, what they did was have the coding adjusted w/Vagcom (dealership or tech w/vag capabilities) in the system it is listed as interior w/leather and if you change the coding to material interior it boosts the bass.

I know some guy who worked for Audi w/ a Vag tool. I'll fill u in when or if I get it done. What your saying is interior/leather not sure what that means but he will probably know hopefully.

Hey Tim the coding is usually already set for interior leather...and what he needs to do is change the code to cloth like as if you had alcantra ..for some reason it changes the output of the bass and loudness and too some people it made all the difference in the world. There have been significant amounts of people who have done this....I will try and find some links and post them up.
