That seems just like mineI dont worry too much.
Plus I wouldnt feel thats worth taking your car in, you know save your $150.
I figure my usage is from the high miles, even though its still the same after an entire head job.
How many miles on yours?

How many miles are on the car? As mentioned, you can spend a bunch of money trying to fix it, or just check every fill up and add as necessary. If you really are concerned, do a compression test and see if your pistons/cylinders are in spec. VW was especially bad with their 2.0 non-turbo engines, but higher than expected oil consumption is not that rare.

Could be your turbo, leaky seal. Oil will end up in your intercooler. Pull off the intake tube to the turbo and check for oil.

Next oil change add a can of engine restore. They sell them in most parts store. If it is burning oil it will help a great deal. I have had good experience with this product.

hotgrass, that is unusual and badoil consumption. Mine maybe does a quart at 8000 miles which is just below spec. Mine is 2001 225 with about 74k miles. Also, could be a bad pcv valve. If the pcvvalve is letting oil into the intake system it would be burned and maybe not seen. If you're still under warranty that is definitely something that needs to be looked at under warranty.

There is suppose to be a tiny amount of oil in the intake, but you're either losing a lot or burning it.
Add a quart of Lucas, it's great stuff! Just don't overfill your engine, that's bad news bears!

Have you gotten under the car at all? Maybe the leak is slow enough that it's just sitting on the skid plate. *shrug*

There should be no charge for warranty work. There only might ever be a charge if they don't find anything wrong.
