The dealer should have been aware of the lawsuit. If you took the cluster for repair within 6 years of your "in service date" then you would have been eligible for a refund. But sadly, the class action claims deadline has past (it was June 16).

Definitely worth a call back to your dealer.

 

So i called the dealer this morning and he was aware that i had replace my cluster a few mths ago and he was also aware of the Cluster case. He told me that because its only a case and not a recall i would have to present paperwork in order to get a refund... Oh well i miss the boat.
