Default MBC Install

Ok, looking for a little help here. Not quite sure where these are going to hook up, so looking for someone to point me in the direction. Got a mbc per a recommendation by Cincy. Thing doesn't come with any instructions though. I can do instructions, I don't know what to do w/out. Kit came w/ main mbc piece, another 3 way piece, length of tube, some connectors, and some pieces that look like mounting brackets. Cincy gave a link to a setup, but it's not TT specific. Would the "wastegate actuator" be the DV? Just looking at these other instructions and trying to make sense. Also, the main piece has an arrow that points to fitting thatleads to wastegate actuator, but where does other hose fitting lead to? I'm kind of clueless, so any help would be appreciated, attached a pic of it all

ok to start, you need to remove the 2 lines for the n75 and the line from the ic piping goes behind the arrow and the other line goes after the arrow.

should look like this with the T

then run the red part of the T with a vac line to the bottom of the controller. The top line is an exhaust, so if you run the mbc inside the cabin, the top line has to get run back into the engine bay... anywhere (remeber, its an exhaust and just dumps bled off air).

To set, close the top all the way tightly (make sure it clicks before closing). Then make some (3 or 4) 3rd or 4th gear runs with it complety closed. After those you can slowly click it open a few clicks at a time until the desired boost is reached

Ok, just a quick check of my understanding:

Main controller - line w/ arrow leads to red part of T
- other line is exhaust and just needs a tube leading away if it's in the cabin. No line if not in cabin?
T Valve thing - replaces N75 (?) - not sure on this part

Also, you said close the top all the way and that it should click. Mine isn't clicking, it shuts firmly, but not really clicking

T Valve thing - replaces N75 (?) - not sure on this part Correct, it should look like the top pic, just undo the lines from the N75 and put them on the tee in way descibed above

Also, you said close the top all the way and that it should click. Mine isn't clicking, it shuts firmly, but not really clicking if its not clicking at all, there is a allen bolt on the side and needs turned just a tiny bit so that it clicks.

When you disconnect the two lines from the N75, do you plug the two N75 openings, or leave them open? Also, you leave the electrical plug connected to the N75 right?

Also, you leave the electrical plug connected to the N75 right? still in the intake and plug in electronically

Cincy recommended this mbc about 2 weeks ago, got it off e-bay for like $8.99 plus $12.99 shipping. Here's a link to one, or goto ebay and search for "Manual Turbo Boost Controller Honda Civic Prelude CRX R"

Alright, so I installed it all today, just got some tuning it up questions......Went for a few runs, and tried turning it up a little after a couple runs. The boost spiked at about 15 psi, but then quickly settles to around 10 psi. It spikes real early in the gear, then the rest of the gear it sounds like air is leaking. When I shift, it spikes at 15 again, then the same thing. Any ideas? Also, to Cincy mainly or anyone else who has installed this, about how many turns is it going to take to get it into 14-15 psi range and hold there? I just don't want to keep turning it up, trying to take it safe here until someone gives me a good idea of whats going on, thanks
