I bought a grill off ebay and tried to fit it. IT DIDN"T FIT.. just a hair too big making it not want to fit flush all the way around.

UGH!!

And I snapped the tabs on the OEM grille so that couldn't go back it.

ORIGINAL: kgoch

I got the Badgless Sport Grill. I is about the same as stock without the four rings in the center. It snaped in easily and fits perfect. Now I am I am repairing the cover for the license plate, where the previous owner drilled holes for the front plate. The Audi dealer wanted $400 to repair and repaint, so I got a kit to repair bumpers and matching paint and clear coat. Hope it works.
nice man.and why in the world would anybody drill holes on their audi like that (abuse). anyways gl with your project and yea the stealership will always overcharge you for stupid stuff.

hmmm . i would complain ... mine was actually a hair bit too small... SO~ i had zip tie some areas for it to sorta stretch in to it. I really recommend getting it from that guy named goingfast or something. He has some good deals, and the fairly decent matches so...
