Default New Treadstone FMIC

Since I know a few have seen and had some interest in these cores (me included), i decided to give them a chance. These things are rather impressinve. They are very dense and use offset fins so there is plenty of cooling. The front fins have a tiny tab on each one to increase the surface area to aid in cooling also. I would take pics, but i dont have a camera nice enough to pick up these little details. This will be used with my GT3582R .63 setup that should go on shortly once i pic up a few remaining parts (fuel pump, redue the ic piping to ds manifold, build dp, and get oil and coolent lines). When this all goes on, we will see how well the 760hp rated core works
I think the TR12 will do

Also made some mounts so its now held up by its own w/o the jack. If anyone cares, the bolts are 8x16mm
As for the core itself, deff WAY better than a ebay core that some think it is. I would say its on par with the Precision 750hp core (TR12 rated for 760hp) since its slightly less dense but slightly larger.

Won't that cause less airflow to the radiator?

So you bailed on the water-to-air concept?

The only core that would fit, was well to short for my needs. A 600hp core stuck out the bottom and at my current ride height would be 1" or less off the ground. Didnt want to have to replace my battery and spend another $200 on a good pump to keep the w2a setup. Plus at this size cooling wont be a problem, even with a 35r on e85

Nice! Can't wait for you to get this setup on and tested. It's been a long time coming.

Looks pretty sweet Cincy. I look forward to fabricating my own upon return (I'm sure I'll be asking a lot of questions so bear with me). Let us know when it's A.T.G. (All Tests Go, dang military slang) and she puts some results down.
