The beam style are nice in the northern climate because they can't get packed full of ice like the bracketed ones, so they stay on the glass easier. Added bonus, as you continue to use them into summer, you're not that jackass with the winter wipers with the rubber jackets that keep the ice out.

bracketless bosch icons for my 225 tt...

how much should these be btw?

not exactly cheap. $15 to $20 PER wiper.

Well, its like $15 until they find out you're putting it on an Audi, then they stick you with the extra charge...

20 bucks a wiper. 40 bucks to go from dirty gross windshield to a clean smooth surface... feels extremely worth it :-D

what the hell.. i went to autozone and napa auto, saw bosch icons and i asked the clerk to get me some for my tt and both places says that their system tells them they dont make/carry bosch icons for my 01 225 tt..

I found the same thing with bosch, so I got rain-x. They look the same and fit fine. $20 per blade but pep boys had a $20 rebate, so $20 for the pair.

is both driver and passenger 21" curved for mk1 tts??? autozone like across the street from my house has two 21" bosch icon 21b

Do the Icons come with the needed adaptors for an '02 A4? Seems like Audi's system is a bit screwy
