Was running when I parked it, about a year now, and battery died so I just bought a new one which acts like there is a short somewhere. Battery drains quick but all gauges, radio, etc. works.
Sound like a starter or solenoid?

When we parked it it was fresh from the mechanic who replaced the fuel pump and all lines. It was ready to sell when the wife backed out of selling it. It should have at least tried to crank but didn't. We have no business with this car and it needs to go to someone who can drive it. It has 75 thousand miles.
