Sounds like what MTM uses in their stage 3 set-ups. I enquired about one of their kits a while back and I recall him saying it was either a hybrid K24 or a Hybrid K26.....regardless, when I heard the price I stopped paying attention. It was close to $12,000 for 340hp! ouch....

I wonder why people decide to make and price stuff that would make people not even consider the kit. Just stupid imho

Yea made me shake in my boots. I was wondering when it was 3 TT's where the 4th one came from if he was just following us from the TT meet.

Dahlback Racing 420HP Kit.
APR Tuned 383HP Kit.
6K more for 37HP?

Dalhback has included a manifold and i think cams, not to mention think they are better than they really are. I would take pagparts over all anyday of the week. You get what you want, you just have to ask for it. If you want a gt3076r, you can choose the housing and even the exact model. Best service and options around. Not to mention the eurodyne/tapp tunes are top notch and are reasonably priced.

What would you recommened on a housing & if I went with a gt3071r/gt3076r when would the turbo hit it's peak? 5,000rpms if so is there something else I can do it get more low end power, such as cams? Anything to get more power to make up for the lag. & would you have any links to manifolds? I gotta ask everything since I'm working 13 hours a day my weekends are my only free time I can relax & plan my stuff out/bills/feed dog.

What would you recommened on a housing & if I went with a gt3071r/gt3076r when would the turbo hit it's peak? 5,000rpms They both will hit 20psi around 4500pms (3rd gear and higher) with a log style manifold, stock c/r, and .63 turbine housing.

if so is there something else I can do it get more low end power, such as cams? If you increase your c/r to 9.5:1, decrease timing before spool, or increase displacement, you will have more off spool power (except for retarding the timing) and faster spool. Cams will keep the tq from falling off in higher rpms with bigger turbos and a intake manifold will just increase overall power.

Anything to get more power to make up for the lag. & would you have any links to manifolds? Your only real options for manifolds are the pag kit with atp style manifold (dont think he uses the apr style for the awd TT's) or a high priced Full Race manifold (manifold and dp are like $2k together) ALso the FR man will increase lag, but have a huge gain (almost 30whp) in the higher rpms.

I gotta ask everything since I'm working 13 hours a day my weekends are my only free time I can relax & plan my stuff out/bills/feed dog.
Even though the spool times between the 71r and 76r are about the same, the 71r will respool a little faster and the 76r will easily make 40-60whp more on a chip tune and around 100whp more on a sem.
