questions , i need help please guys!
i just bought a 2000 tt couple months ago, here is couple things i need answers of.
1) is passenger side signal light bulb easy to change? i mean the yellow line below the headlight but in the same housing.
2) the fog light stays on when i turn on the healight. unless i push and hold the switchs. once i leave my hands off.. the fog will come back on. so i think i should get a new switchs... is it easy to swap a new 1 on? any writeups ??
3) i put new thermostat, timingbelt , water pump, tensioner. and new head gasket on.. and now the fan WON'T turn on until HVAC #49 reads at 103 degrees which the temp gauge will reach the first notch after mid and come back coz the fan is on. is there any way i can make the fan kicking in around 98 or 99 degrees? so the temp gauge will not go pass mid? or that is just the way it is? or there is a bad sensor somehow that delayed the fun from kicking in on time?
thx guys

Bulb is fairly easy to change, there are two in the amber section, one is a corner marker light, the other is the turn signal. Pretty sure its just a quarter turn to release the bulb holder.
The fog light thing happens because someone pushed in on the switch too hard at one point, and popped the two halves of the switch housing apart a little bit. Again, easy fix. While you're in there though, you might even want to do some modding. More info on http://search.audiworld.com than on here. To fix the fog, its just a matter of pushing the switch back together, but you can also jump some pins in the switch so you can run fogs w/o the headlights on if you want. Theres writeups on removing the switch, and for modding the switch, just takes a little searching.
The fans are supposed to come on at the notch after 12 o'clock on the gauge. Dunno what you'd do to change that. Only thing I can think of would be a good radiator flush. Maybe you're not getting the flow you should be, so the radiator isn't working at 100%.
