I recently decided to remove both resonator and cats and put in straight pipe 2.75" all the way back to my 225 catback and wow talk about a difference in performance i noticed a big difference at 4000rpm and seems to pull much better uptop. i did a custom o2 sensor spacer with a 90degree angle so that i can pull the 2nd o2 from the exhaust streem so that there is no cel " check engine light " so far i have driven it about 100miles cel free knock on wood.
i dont know how post pictures if anyone can help me out i can post pictures of the o2 spacer and the exhaust set up. ps in my country they dont fail you for running without cats.

so far over 120miles and no cell and the difference in performance is really noticable 4000rpm and above it pulls above much better now
