Default Revo ECU Programming

Just got my ECU reprogrammed on my 02 TT 225 huge difference. Also got a Hyperboost HX DV installed a must have holds boost much better. A huge difference for the money a must have for any TT owner. Highly recommended. Got both done in less then 20 minutes at Renn-Art in Desplaines. If you have any questions ask.

How is the Revo compared to APR modification, cost and performance. Also, cost of hyperboost mod?

What does the REVO do? I am guessing it increases the boost. Does it do anything else? How about an APR chip? Do you sacrafice any engine durability? Do you need a better DV with the mod?

i believe the revo chip remaps fuel and turns up boost and a dv helps hold the higher boost better. i could be wrong but all i know is i love it, made a big difference and i really don't know how it would compare to the APR chip but i do know that u can buy a remote to fine tune the program. and to turn the program off so that when u bring ur car to get serviced the chip won't be detected.
