Need help identifying this hose. It's leaking
2003 TT 1.8L Turbo 6 speed triptonic auto trans
The hose in this picture is leaking and I'm trying to find the name of it so I can order a new one. Does anyone know the name of it? I've drawn arrows to show the routing of the hose. If you are standing in front of the car and facing it, it looks like it starts (or ends???) on the right side (USA driver side) between the firewall and the back of the engine or trans and runs to a lower pump (maybe AC). Ending on the left (USA passenger) side.

Doesn't look like my picture is posting. Anyone know why? It's on imagebin here:

but when I try inserting it using the image link, it doesn't even show up in my original post.

Mark24,
thanks I think I might have tracked it down to being a power steering hose but I'm not positive. The replacement hose, if that's what it is, is almost $500 USD for OEM. I've been looking for after market but no luck yet.
I think it's the PS hose because my PS fluid was low it looks like one end goes into the PS pump.
With that price tag, I just wish I could be sure!
