Snap & Pop (Backfire)
I know this may sound crazy to some, but anyone that has seen a supra will know that they love to backfire when rev'd up. I would love to know how and why I've only seen Supras and a few RX-7's do this. How can I get that from the TT, I just love it and it's mean as hell.
Someone told me once before, it's caused from floating the valves (not good).
IDEAS?

My friend has a turbo scion tc and it backfires quite a bit. I know you're going to think scion haha, but this thing is mean it keeps up with E46 M3's and a chipped 07 335i that made 381hp. He gave me a reason why it backfires but I can't remember. It does sound really sweet though

the backfires are caused by exhaust gases loading up and igniting in the exhaust...
you would need a catless dp, and a free flowing exhaust (straight pipe) A TT with a chip and exhaust isnt going to do it... if you add a catless dp into the mix it might do it every now and then.
My brothers mr2 does it but he has a 3" dp and 3" catback and alot of fuel and a 20g and then some... his pops and backfires alot
