Thanks Green TT Coupe for Perfect timing
So this past week I went to Mardi Gras in New Orleans. As we were entering downtown across the bridge in a car pooling Jetta my buddy was talking trash about how he thought TTs were slow and that I should have got a big V8 instead. At that very moment the modified Green 225 coupe in front of us just annihiloated the Cobra that tried to race it. The Audi took about quite handedly hit the brakes through an L out the window and the Mustang passed him on a ricer flyboy only for the Audi to immediately smoke him againThe Mustang was louder but slower. My friend instantly was so impressed and he had to say "That thing is awesome, and I'm sorry I gues those cars are fast." So thanks for the great visual aid.

See, green is fast too!
Not as fast as silver of course. I don't know how it stands against blue, red, and yellow. I'm not even rating it against the 2 shades of gray. |
RE: Thanks Green TT Coupe for Perfect timing
Hey it is called British Racing Green for a reason right?

RE: Thanks Green TT Coupe for Perfect timing
Ya but what about that PINK one that we saw on the other thread, come on custom colors like that have to be FAST------

RE: Thanks Green TT Coupe for Perfect timing
That's why all the ricers paint their cars such crazy colors so that they can be so fast. Crazy Paint = Crazy Fast.

RE: Thanks Green TT Coupe for Perfect timing

its true, the proper color alone will give you 15hp. and 3lbs of torque. |
RE: Thanks Green TT Coupe for Perfect timing
Only if you plug the color of the vehicle into the dyno
