I just baught an 02 tt 225 and it acts like its overheating. The gauge shows it getting hot but the temp sen is reading 198 degrees. Its random when it does it sometimes when i first start up., and sometimes it goes to hot then drops right to normal in the matter of 2 seconds. I sent the insterment cluster out to be rebuilt and they said the temp gauge was fine. I also replaced the temp sen just to be sure it wasnt reading wrong and its still doing the same thing. Does anybody know what could cause it to read hot and fans to kick on when its actualy not?
