what you guys think about this turbo?

my main concern with any turbo is SW. parts are ez to get. arnold will supply all for good $$

im bidding on a T3/T4 turbonetics turbo it requires the following:

tubo housing is in great condition but it needs a compressor shaft and rebuild kit, the turbine wheel is included with thispurchase

paying 50$ for it so far max bid 75$. with shipping at max bid wont cost me more than 100$.

turbonetics use a differnt type of journal bearing. I still rather use a garrett due to the seemly higher fail rate of turbonetics. Depends on the turbo i guess. WHat trim/ a/r is it?

 

im trying to get that info right now. unfortunately the trim etc is not listed on the auction.

there is also this one which i am contemplating on buying as well. same price basically.

i can find the specs here. im not willing to go over the 75$ on teh turbonetics cuz i really dont know the trim packages on it, but for 50$ winning bid right now ending in 2 days i cant see i can lose on this even if i resell out there.

i dont know that Arnold has a dp flange to fit that turbo. Im sure he can make one though.
