i'm thinking about ordering the v-maxx coilovers....are they garbage? i've read a lot on vortex about them and the vw guys seem to have some good luck with them. anybody have them on their tt or have any experience with them positive or negative? thanks.

 

I've heard they're trash after about 6 months. I have no first hand experience though. Good price

 

dont go that low in the rear.

 

I have them and they are pretty decent, I'd say they are worth the money. not quite as comfortable as my previous SHS setup, the rear doesn't go SUPER low but its pretty dumped if you don't use the adjustment perch... I've got the car pretty low, almost too low for me, it looks great but unfortunatly the the oil pan and other suspension componets are what is the lowest part of the car rather than the body pieces, so I scrape the underside of the car all the time

Had them about a month, I only have a couple pics because the car has been in the shop getting fixed... I need to take some good ones now
