weird indicator on dash of TT

Default weird indicator on dash of TT

i have a weird antenna looking indicator right next to the clock on the dash and i can only adjust the hours but not the minutes and neither the date!!

twisting changes the current flashing number, pull it will move it to the next set, pull it..... you get the idea

thats the prob. when i pull it again nothing flashes and pull it again the hour flashes i thing that this antenna indicator means something

That is an indicator to use the radio signal for the atomic clock to set the time. I don't think it works in US cars.
