Default wheel stucked!?!?!

Hey all,
trying to remove my back wheel to check the break pads. I got all the nuts (5) out but the wheel won't come off. Am I missing anything else? any suggestions on how to get this wheel out?

Just take a rubber mallot and hit around the wheel as it spins... It happened to my front wheels, If you dont have a rubber mallot take a regular hammer but put a wooden block on it wheel/tire... Make sure your hitting it away from the car, so inside out if you know what i mean

A soft faced mallet (plastic/rubber), whack around the edge of the rim, and you don't need to hit from the back, hitting the face will work just as well, or the tire, just dont let the rebound catch you in the shin/knee. If you don't have one, go buy one, and get some anti-sieze while you're at it. brush it on the mating surfaces of the rim, as well as the lug bolts when you go to put it all back together. it'll save you a huge headache next time.

welp, I gave the wheel a few good kick wearing my sneaker and the thing came off!

took the brake pad off and cleaned it. Apply a bit of break rubber thingy at the back of the pad, put the thing back. bolt everything back together and the wheel still squeeks! but it now squeeks at hard braking instead of light braking. grrrrr

I'm going to agree with 303. I took all 4 wheels off, changed the fronts pads and discs.
Took the rear discs and pads off, only to put them back on... But still no squeaking!

The hammer is better because the sneaker kick could knock the car off the jack or jackstand if you don't have a good jack or jack piont. I know the squeeky brakes drives most people crazy, but you can think of it this way; high performance pads squeel. I have Hawk HPs on my car. Most people probably think my brakes are shot. I don't hear them with the widows up and radio on, but when I roll the window down, I just don't let it bother me. I know it's the sound of a good braking system. To make it go away, try a bedding procedure. If that does not work, you can buy pads like the Raybestos QS. QS stands for quit stop.

Really? I put PBR high performance ceramic pads on my car (only the front so far) and no squeaking at all!
I also used brake quiet and broke them in according to the instruction on the box. Didn't need to bleed them.
I'll get the rear pads on as soon as I order the correct rear rotors... [:@]
