My air bag light is on . I checked the plug ,any ideas on what to check for to fix it .. Thanks . 03 Q. 171,000 miles

 

You might be better off in the B6 forum as this is the B5 forum which ended in 01.

In any event, my airbag light was caused by a wire connecting coming loose.
If I pressed the connecting together the light went away so I zip-tied them together real tight.

 

Thanks I checked all the plugs and all look good ,going to have the light turned off might have been a one time deal ?? ?? Yep in the wrong forum OOPS.. Thanks.

 

yep you could have gone over a bump that released the plugs one quick time and put the light on. can't hurt to have it turned off and see if it comes back on immediately.
