electrical problems
So the other night I went to start my 97 A4 Turbo, and the climate control would not turn on. After further inspection, I noticed that my windshield wipers, windshield sprayers, turn signals, defroster, and blower motor were not working either. Checked all the fuses, they were all fine. After some research I found that all those things go bad if you break your ignition switch, which tells all those things that the key is in the ON position so that they can run. So I googled that switch, and found out that it is a safety recall and I can get my car fixed for free. So the dealership replaced the switch, and nothing is fixed. Now they want me to shell out 120 bucks an hour for diagnostics

After slaving over wiring diagrams I have decided that my load reduction relay is blown. It switches all that stuff off when the starter engages, and its the next thing in line after the ignition switch. I think ill go get my car back from Audi now
