hi, so theres this problem on my a4 b5 1998, if i put the 12v socket fuse in(15A) theres some hissing noise when starting the car(and stays there with engine on), the noise is coming from where the socket is
and when i charge my phone for like an hour the fuse gets blown, the socket is beside the ashtray and idk how to remove it.

 

When my Mp3 player is plugged into my car's cigarette lighter socket I can hear a high pitched whine that goes up/down with the engine rpm. Is there an inexpensive filter I Tutuapp 9Apps Showbox can put on the USB cable or cigarette lighter socket to filter the noise out?
