I have 1997 a4 2.8 quattro with a bad catalytic converter in it. I would like to replace it with a test pipe but I can not find any place that has an exact replacement test pipe for the quattro. Does anyone know where to find an exact replacement test pipe for a 97 quattro???

 

Not sure I've ever seen a 2.8 specific test pipe

 

Just spent the last 15 mins looking for ya and couldn't find one!

 

I looked too with no luck. There are very few mods for the 2.8 V6s. Best bet is to improve handling and looks, unless you fancy dropping $3k+ on a super charger set up.

you could pick up some universal HFC's and have them welded up, would be just as good as a test pipe.

 

contact Labree Motorsports out of cali, quality **** at good prices. Stick with a cat tho.
