1998 Audi a4 quattro 1.8 overheating, timing belt, and brake lines problem

Hi guys, I got my first car 98 audi a4 1.8turbo with 110k miles a couples ago. I test drive it, and there was not really a big problem at first sight. There was just an abs light on, but I thought it was just a sensor. 5 days ago, the car was running good until a guy opened the coolant tank when the car was still warm. It shot out all the green cooling, and on my way back home the car started overheating in less than a mile. I took the car to the audi dealer, and I got a list with a bunch of problems:

This is just way too much for a $2,000 car, and even more than a teenager can afford. What should I do? I saw on ebay the timing belt parts for like $300, and I can spend probably another 900 in labor and the cooling, but they told me today in the dealer that they were afraid they could found anything even worst once they start working. :(
Do I really need everything that says there? what can I do?

If you are saying the car overheated while having no coolant in it then of course its going to overheat, but at 90k miles all of this should have been done as regular maintenance. Alot of the stuff on there is priced well for parts and labor, but if you want to fix everything for under $900 then you are going to have to do the labor (not as hard as you think, I'm 17 and do all my own labor/mods/upgrades by myself without much trouble) yourself.
-License plate and headlight bulbs are probably $50 total for a pair of both
-Timing Belt Kit ( Audi B5 A4 Quattro 1.8T > Search > Timing Belt Kit > ES#5633 Timing Belt Kit - Ultimate Plus - 058198479 V2WAF ) that takes care of the all the timing crap, and serpentine $330
- Headgasket kit ( Audi B5 A4 Quattro 1.8T > Search > Head Gasket > ES#2550742 Cylinder Head Gasket Set - 058198012 ) should take care of the $3600 charge, $90
- front brake lines ( Audi B5 A4 Quattro 1.8T > Search > Front Brake Lines > ES#758 Front Exact-Fit Stainless Steel Brake Lines - FFSS310MM KIT ) $50
I think that's everything mentioned, total: $520 (+/- $100) this is of course assuming you can do labor yourself, if you can't get the parts and have a local garage install them for you for cheaper

I was thinking about fixing the coolant, headgaskets and sell it. Bad idea? And what about the water pump?

Water pump comes with the timing belt kit. Once you fix these problems you will love your car. However if you want to sell it, fix everything first and list on your ad that you just performed those services. If you seriously bought the car less then a week ago I would go back to the dealership, show them that paper, and demand your money back

I meant what about the coolant? bolts and brakes I can do it myself, I just hope that after installing the timing belt kit the car would be in good condition

Im not exactly sure what you're asking but
-You should only use g12 coolant, do a quick google for it and you can get it pretty cheap. I however do not use g12, I use prestone all makes/models but that is only because I flushed my system atleast 4 times to make sure all the g12 was gone. This was just because I had to change the water pump and didnt have time to order g12, I do not recommend it.
- if you are talking about the water pump then it is done at the same time as the timing belt, it is literally right next to the timing belt
