Wink 2.8 quattro vibrating when accelerating (opinions please)

my a4 vibrates when accelerating in first, and second disapears as not as much torque is there in those higher gears. Pretty sure my snub mount is gone? would that cause this?

Rotating parts cause vibration. Check your inner and outer CV joints, rotors, and brakes first.

have you done your timing belt recently? Done any work on the car lately? This might help us.
