Well I have a 1.8t so it might sound different.

Well I just looked at my crappy stock exhuast today and I can forget about just buying a Magnaflow, the Qauttro has zero room for a muffler to have an entrance on the rear, the stock on is kind of an angle. Very odd. Looks like I'll be forced to buy something more expensive.

incorrect. i have a 14815 with custom 2.5 inch turbo back. just takes some bending but any good exhaust shop can do it.

Really, well I only based this on a quick 5 second look. Do you think you could take a picture. Would love to see so I have an idea.

^ you just need to have a s shaped pipe to get the muffler fit, most shops should be able to make and install one for you. some places told me no when I tried getting my 14815 installed but I got it done for $100.. if you need pictures I can take some

any updated coupon code for magnaflow? I'm thinking of getting the 12268 for a mid muffler and dual pipes from that to the back. unless there's a better 2.5" inlet to 2.5" dual outlet to use..

edit: it was another thing to do instead of study for finals..

Thanks aledelic, just from glancing it looked too tight, but now it's reassuring, I know of a good shop that I should just be able to tell them what to do when I'm ready.

Hey mikekey and aledelic, I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on the 14816. Any reason why you guys and anyone else are opting for the 14815 instead?

It's hard to compare the two...

Got me, what's the difference? I have a 1.8t and I've owned a few magnaflow's and I'm always happy with the sound. And 14815 has been mentioned enough and I liked the youtube clips I found.
