A 4 troubles
 

Just purchased 2001 a4 2.8. Changed out the coil , plugs and wires still have #2 cylinder miss fire. Coolant level signal on coolant is full still have heat and temp. Should I do a coolant flush?: Car runs very strong plenty of power no hesitations.

I would think coolant for a cylinder misfire. If you've swapped out coil, plugs and wires, lets assume you have spark. Can you swap fuel injectors between cylinders to see if the error moves? If that doesn't do it, might want do a compression check.
