98 Audi a4 Quattro Sedan corner light removal
I just bought some euro clear corner lights to replace the ugly as anything stock orange/pixelated ones. But I can't figure out how to remove them. People just pop then out but I have pulled every direction rather toughly and still nothing. I looked at the new ones and I didn't see a screw spot of anything, what am I missing?

Are you talking about the fender lights or the turn signals for the 2-piece headlights?
Have no experience with the latter, but the former are held in with a plastic clip. If you just slide a credit card or otherwise in from the front and then it pops out.

There's a plastic tab that you need to depress in order to remove them. It's on the side of the corner light between it and the headlight housing. If I remember correctly you'll need to push it towards the outside of the car and then the corner light slides out towards the front of the car. There's enough slack in the wiring to the corner light/turn signal bulb that you'll be able to pull it forward enough to unplug the base.

The corner lights come out the front, the tab gets pushed outward. There should be one on the new corner lights too for reference.
