There should be a white/clear tab with a hole in it -- room enough to stick a flathead screwdriver in there and move it toward the wheel. Passenger light, passenger wheel..

 

We're not puttin the O-rings in the rocket boosters here boys. Here's a pic



The arrow on the left is pointing to the tab on the corner light. The arrow on the right is where that tab slides into a slot on the headlight housing. Looking at it now, it looks more like you have to push the tab DOWN, not out. Just wiggle it around until you figure it out.
