junkyard. 2 bolts and 2 plastic clips gets it off. also look into a new caps lock key yours seems to be malfunctioning.

i got a used one that is in good condition ill seel to you .minus te shitty paint job and the small dent in it(dont ask, bought the car with it looking shitty and trying to paint it made it worse, eventually said f it and put on a s4 bumper tonight.)
