I dont know what to do.....

Right now the AUX AC fan is off the car.... Whenever the car battery is connected the Fan blows air at full speed ( no key needed).... Now in order, all the stuff ive done without success to figure out the problem.....
1. Changed Temperature coolant sensor....
2. Changed Aux Fan fuse ( fan is off when the fuse is not present)
3. Removed the Fan Switch connected to the Rad

none of the above fixed my problem.
I would like other cheap suggestions before i decide its time to get a new aux AC fan.

1998 Audi A4 2.8 V6 30v Quattro..
