Alarm/door lock issue

I finally got my 2001 A4 and now I am having an issue:(When i use my alarm Faub the only door that unlocks/locks is the driver door. I can not even unlock the other doors by using the switch on the drivers door. The horn sounds when I lock it, but it is not as loud as it used to be either. Help me please!! Has anyone had this problem before?

press once to unlock drivers door
press twice to unlock all doors
