I should be posting this in the Classifieds but I figured I'd have way more luck here. Any of you guys who part out lots of B5's have one of these upper radiator hoses??




I installed a new radiator back in March into my 96 2.8QM and it has the quick disconnect on the upper hose which my hose doesn't. I've seen the hose for sale new but my wallet and my head say $90 for a hose is just highway robbery.

$90 actually isn't bad. My lower radiator hose took a **** around this time last year and just the hose cost over $150

 

The kicker is I found one that fits later models that is similar and only costs 30 bucks or so. I may check the local junk yards. Maybe Ill get lucky.

I actually ordered one from Rock Auto right after I replaced the radiator but it was the wrong hose. That was when I learned about the date split in 96. Thanks for the suggestion though.
