So I'm replacing the stereo harness on my 1997 audi a4 1.8tq due to shoddy stereo installation by the previous owner. Fried the factory harness. Anyway after tearing out the whole interior and trunk my replacement harness didn't have the same connector for the antenna amplifier. Also the antenna part on the left (screw in) the connections were opposite.(Female stock harness, male replacement harness)



So what I need is: out of the red connector there was a single white wire which I have no idea what it does where it goes????
