-amplifiers are mounted under the rear deck inside the trunk. They don't really take away from usable trunk space.

Removing the trim isn't bad at all. I've pulled mine up many times. There is a DIY somewhere for removing it, and I'm trying to find the link.

Personally I wouldn't trust the stock rear amp. It's TINY. Maybe good for 5-10watts RMS as a guess. Since your speakers are rated up to 55watts RMS that amp would not be doing them justice.
You mean u have a separates amp for the speakers and sub, i hope each speaker doesn't have its own amp lol

Of course! 4-channel amp for speakers, 2-channel bridged amp for the sub.

i ran into something similar to your problem. front speakers were replaced and were pretty much plug and play with the stock wiring. the new rear speakers however did not work with the stock wiring considering the driver's side rear had an odd wire connector plug from the amp (non-bose). i tried to mess around with it in an attempt to find the wire that would transfer audio from the headunit to the rear speaker but it was taking too long so...... what i did was wire both rear speakers individually to the headunit. needed an extra 12ft of wire but it works great. and of course 4 channel amp and 2 channel bridge for my 10" in the rear.

i have the same problem with mine. i put an alpine deck in, and the rear speakers don't work. i don't mind because i think it sounds a lot cleaner with bass coming from the back and then treble coming from the front. sounds more realistic and clear than to have treble and bass fighting eachother from the back.

or you can do the system right and have the treble and bass compliment each other and sound amazing
