Default Bailey Diverter valve

ok so i was rummaging through my box of **** and found a Bailey Diverter valve that i bought used that a guy took off his S4 and i think i paid $25 and its been sitting for like 3 years, is there anyway to tell if its bad to use, i mean the spring works and everything but its kinda sticky when the spring is fully extended, should i lube the suction cap?

I want to install it but im not ripping off my bumper or anything

If its quick enough i would like to put it in

looks like this but i have no idea what goes where except the the smaller vacuum hose

does anyone have pictures of an uninstallation/installation of the diverter valve without having the front bumper off?

the dv is below the intake, if you jack your car up on the passenger side you'll be able to see it and have very easy access to it after taking off the belly pan. once you see it, it's pretty clear what to do.. I've removed and installed mine in less than five minutes..
