Default the big gulp goes splat and your 52oz of dr. pepper ruins your perfect interior

ok so bravo to audi for being inavative and making this badass cup holder that slides into your dash and hides away.. but it cant hold ****!

so i want to change this poor excuse of a cup holder into something else.... i have had a couple ideas ... But after rethinking it i just laughed at myself.

i mean what use is a cup holder if it cant hold your BIG gulp from 7-11 you know??? im pretty sure this cup holder couldnt support an empty plastic bottle.

has anyone else done anything with this badass cup holder?? or any one have ideas???

It's kind of a rule of thumb that has been known that those are only good for 12oz cans... I use mine everyday. A lot of people turn that area into the holder for a turbo timer.

Love the shift boot, but you need a new shift **** to tie it together....

Seriously though, I love that boot!

This thread reminds me of the first time my old got in my Audi. We had a Pacifica at the time as the family car, which, as you most know, is a huge car. He didn't feel safe in my small A4 (although I assured him that Audi is perfectly safe with probably more airbags than the Pacifica), but he still didn't like it. That is, until we went to Mickey D's, and he started looking for the cup holder... I popped that bad boy out, and then my car was the coolest thing in the world... Thank you, pop out cup holder, for turning my son into an Audi fan!
