Biggest piston used possible.
 

I have seen the 83.5mm pistons for our motor but I am wondering what the biggest pistons you can actually use are? Does anyone know by chance?

I know the cylinder spacing is supposed to be 88mm and with the 83.5mm that is 4.5mm left.

ive heard of people using 83.5, but it doesnt leave much between holes. biggest i would use is 82.5, and when you have to rebuild it you can still bore to 83. if you feel comfortable with 83.5, go ahead but the risk is worth the reward in my opinion.

fyi, i dont think anything larger than 83.5 is available, it would have to be custom, and the builder would probably call you insane for running anything larger than 83. the walls are just too thin
